Great customer service and work! I've been coming to Culver City Mazda since I bought my Mazda in 2019. Every time I go, the representatives are so helpful! Taking my car to the shop usually gives me anxiety - don't know what will be found and what the cost will be, but coming to Culver City Mazda helps to alleviate that. Steve greeted me with a wave when I first pulled up, which immediately took the edge off. Since I had an appointment, Steve helped me get set up and was very clear about what the next steps would be. As I waited, Steve was great about letting me know the progress, and what services would cost, so I could make decisions. Just fabulous positivity and communication! More

Service on my vehicle was great customer service was okay. The lady that gave me my rental car was the only person with a great attitude.
