Higher Cost, Multiple Visits, and Door Ding After having both the front and rear brakes (pads) and brake fluid replaced, I ultimately had to bring my car back to Culver City Mazda to have the br After having both the front and rear brakes (pads) and brake fluid replaced, I ultimately had to bring my car back to Culver City Mazda to have the brake rotors replaced after discovering the brakes were now pulsing slowing down from lower speeds, which had not occurred prior. With the addition of the new rotors, the overall cost of the service was still $200 more than a comparable quote from another Mazda dealer service department across town, after the cost of parts were price matched based on said quote. All is fine now with the car but I noticed an additional door ding on my passenger side door that wasn't there when bringing the car in for service. Just an added frustration that shouldn't happen, and I'll now have to course correct elsewhere. More

Audio / Entertaiment / Nav replacement I was really thankful that Amy said that the monitor had an extended warranty on it now, in lieu of an $800 cost. We never received a letter from Maz I was really thankful that Amy said that the monitor had an extended warranty on it now, in lieu of an $800 cost.
