Unresponsive, closed on Saturdays. An associate texted me on a Friday to let me know my car was ready, and said "feel free to text me if you have questions." When I called Saturday morning, since I never got a response, I learned that they were closed. So I had to go the weekend without my car. Had they responded to my text on Friday, all of this could've been avoided. More
