Amy Felix is a superstar in the service department. I always request her as much as possible because she always delights and goes above and beyond. She communicates effectively and from the start provide always request her as much as possible because she always delights and goes above and beyond. Unhappy with the service. Citing a reason that one of the rear light is broken, the advisor bluntly denied the water service, instead of explaining why it can not be done and what may be the alternative.
