I easily made an appt with the service dept. Amy, the service advisor, was friendly and able to help me immediately. My car was completed on time, and they even washed it, too. It was a little slow getti service advisor, was friendly and able to help me immediately. My car was completed on time, and they even washed it, too. It was a little slow getting out and paying for the service, as the service advisors were all otherwise occupied. Some sort of dedicated cashier and/or better signage would have helped clarified the payment/check out process. More
