I called in to report a battery issue and he had me drive in without an appointment and quickly diagnosed the issue. He asked if I'm fine with leaving my car with the dealer for a few hours as they were backed up with other jobs and of course I went along as I was grateful to have had a slot right away. Lance updated me throughout, joked appropriately, imparted vehicular wisdom and made the stay pleasant. The car rolled out with a new battery, wash, other touch ups and a regular maintenance inspection as expected. I was pleased. More

Well it’s not a new car. Made an appointment with Benny to be at the dealerships to see a particular cx5. An hour later we arrived and the vehicle was waiting outside. Benny introduced us to another sales guy whose name I do not remember. Someone had hosed it off, but not washed it. The interior had been cleaned, but for a vehicle with less than 25k had several issues. The sales guy stated “well it’s not a new car.” We asked to see another cx5, which took almost 40 minutes to bring from their other lot. This car was also very dirty outside, and in a bit better shape inside. Salesman seemed to not care either way and we ended up buying at Capo Mazda several hours later. I realize it’s only a $25,000 car and not a big bucks Volvo, but don’t ask people to look at dirty cars. More

incompetent I went in because my check engine light came on, and now I have all kids of new problems!
