They gave us a false carfax report on our truck we purchased from them. The carfax they gave us showed no damage or accidents. However, this truck had been in a wreck with severe damage. Service is off the charts. We were on our way home from fall break to Indiana and our tire pressure warning alarmed. We actually blew a tire on the way down, so we were over sensitive. We got so lucky to stop on their exit. The Shell station air compressor was out of order so we went to this dealer. Immediately, Lisa took control and asked her team to help get this family home. I was generally overwhelmed by the team, their hospitality and care. We made it home 500+ miles later. If I was remotely closer, I would do business with this dealership in a heartbeat. You could just feel it in the culture when you heard them greet (not stalk) customers and talk the people as a function of the car experience. Jeep and ram are pretty cool even though we’re VW people. Unlike at home, Not once did I hear the “we’re short staffed” mantra. Very cool dealership. More

The most sorry dealership I have ever been in touched with. Lied me about a suv. To me it was perfect. We agreed on price. It’s the red Acadia still up on there site which the manager said they wouldn’t fix it and was a auction car. Needless to say I was pissed for them running my credit and telling me lies. They customer service department is awful. This dealership is awful when it comes to their service department. I have took my jeep up there several times after calling them and specifically ask This dealership is awful when it comes to their service department. I have took my jeep up there several times after calling them and specifically asking them if they could look at it the next day and of course they could. It only took them 3 days both times to even look at it. My daughter took her jeep up there to have the oil changed, they stripped the oil pan plugged and then said o we didn't do it. It had oil in it when she drove it up there but wouldn't hold oil after they got done. More

Saved me money and 5 Star Service Came in because I had service light indicator on for both breaks and traction control plus loss of cruise control on my 2015 Challenger. Was told by s Came in because I had service light indicator on for both breaks and traction control plus loss of cruise control on my 2015 Challenger. Was told by service manager that my original breaks were still well within limits of good (at 80,000 plus miles...I do lots of highway miles) and problem was a sensor that had gone bad on right rear that caused service lights and loss of cruise control. The squeezing sound I had thought indicated break pad wear was break dust buildup and was fixed with can of break cleaner. Needless to say I drove out 40 min later with ALOT less spent and a very happy experience knowing I could have been taken advantage of by a bad dealer who added a full unnecessary break job instead of a less than $50 sensor. More
