Brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in for recall work and for a check on a noise that was knocking under the hood. Recall work done without an issue. My 1994 Jeep Cherokee was in for the driver side door handle & lock fix. I could enter - & exit - ONLY by the FRONT PASSENGER SIDE door - an incredibly exasperating ordeal for a 91 year old! The cen handle & lock fix. I could enter - & exit - ONLY by the FRONT PASSENGER SIDE door - an incredibly exasperating ordeal for a 91 year old! The center console door was broken during the process of entering from the front passenger side door & climbing OVER THE PASSENGER SEAT, CENTER CONSOLE and finally, into the DRIVER'S SEAT. In the end, the Driver side door handle & lock was replaced & the CONSOLE DOOR fixed in only 2 days. Service Mgr. CLIFFORD SMITH, his JEEP Service & Parts men are JEEP MAGICIANS & truly deserve an honest FIVE (5) STAR RANKING!!!!! More
