Constant belittling and disrespectful behavior. Willis is an arrogant wannabe “car guy” and Leo tries to play GM but in fact is nothing more than a jock rider that does nothing but criticize and point fingers. Stay away from this dealership. They will lie and cheat and make promises that are far from the truth. Waste of my time and made me hate the car business. More
Bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Charger not even a year ago 9 months ago to be exact, red flag number 1 was having to block the car salesman that sold me the car for texting me unrelated to my car. Then 2 months after, I see my car smoking with coolant on the ground, it ends up being a fan problem that gets fixed. 4 months from it being fixed, my car is overheating once again while I’m out of town… FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. 3 months later, my car is now in the dealership for the SAME problem PLUS new problems because of this. And now I’m out of a car for a week being pregnant with a job 20 minutes from my house, because they want me to go through enterprise to get a rental. <3 More
I had transmission problems and had to have my Avenger towed into the dealership Christmas week. I received a phone call from James the service manager that Monday. Since I am a senior citizen (76 years) and this is my only vehicle and my wife is disabled and has doctors visits...he would try his best to get the car ready as soon as possible. He overnighted the part from Dallas. He called me the next day to come get the car. He is a real asset to your company and deserves any commendation. More
