First time customer and never going back! I took my newly acquired Dodge in for service and the service writer was rude and completely unhelpful in regards to dealing with a 3rd party warran I took my newly acquired Dodge in for service and the service writer was rude and completely unhelpful in regards to dealing with a 3rd party warranty. He insisted that I needed either get authorization ahead of time or bring him a printed copy (I had a PDF version of on my phone) of the warranty. He also told me that only part of my issues would be covered. When I went home and called the warranty company, the first question they asked was if I had taken it to the dealer yet. When I told him about my experience at the dealership, he said that was completely wrong! All the service writer needed to do was call them for the authorization and all parts would be covered! More

I didn't intend to buy two cars Monday morning when I showed up with my Durango. But Gabe and Tom put together an awesome package, a VW Beetle for my wife and an upgraded truck for me.
