When I dropped off I was joking with my service writer that my car could use a detail, Dropped vehicle off for oil change, tire rotation and a recall. Picked up at 7 Pm, car was there since 8 am, car was still filthy. The car porter says sorry, short help. This is the second time this has happened. I understand a car wash was not the purpose of my visit but that was promised when I leased the vehicle. When I originally leased my grand Cherokee it was delivered to me dirty and the excuse was the same, short help. More

We went to another store, and were ready to buy but were taken back once we were told their internet prices required us to "qualify" for the other rebates. Seems like false advertising.
