Worst dealer experience This has been the worst experience I’ve had a mr a dealership. It took them until 3 pm just to look at my truck when I had an 8 am appointment. I had to call 3 times for an update to be told, it wouldn’t be ready until the following afternoon. I had to call again the next day for them to tell me it wouldn’t be ready until noon the next day. When I got it back, they did not inform me on what they did and didn’t do and the backup camera was messed up. More

ALMOST PERFECT Had the turbo replaced in my Cummins. It took two days, they gave me a loaner which was great. The ONLY thing they didn’t do was wash my truck. 3rd new Jeep vehicle purchased. I placed my order for a new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on the 1st of September 2018. I picked it up from the Dealership on the 17th of November 2018 I placed my order for a new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on the 1st of September 2018. I picked it up from the Dealership on the 17th of November 2018. Everything was already completed prior to arriving at the Dealership, the Protection Package, Pre-Approved financing. It only took my wife and I about 30 to 45 minutes to finalize all of the Paperwork.
