Oil change I went for an oil change and the sign on the door said oil changes were available from 8-5. I arrived a 4:40. No one responded to my honk so I parked I went for an oil change and the sign on the door said oil changes were available from 8-5. I arrived a 4:40. No one responded to my honk so I parked and went in to ask if someone was available to do my oil change. I was told they didn’t take customers after 4:00. I pointed out that the sign said 5:00 and got a very unsatisfactory response. Please change the sign to the actual hours! I returned a couple of days later around 3:00 and got excellent service. Jeep Grand Cherokee constant service needed I bought my ‘14 JGC in Dec ‘17 and ever since I’ve had to take it in for service every 3 - 4 months. Something is always wrong with it. I’ve been very I bought my ‘14 JGC in Dec ‘17 and ever since I’ve had to take it in for service every 3 - 4 months. Something is always wrong with it. I’ve been very disappointed with this purchase of all the vehicles I’ve ever owned in my life. Most recently at 86,000 miles I had to have the transmission replaced and was told the shifter wouldn’t be sticky anymore but the shifter still has issues. I’m so sick of taking it in and finding another problem. More
