I made an appointment online, Got Confirmation right away to pick a date and time to Come in. I chose the next day to come in. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a man named Chester (chet). I explained to him that I wanted to test drive a vehicle and also was going to trade in a vehicle and to lets get this process started. Chet asked some question and got the keys to vehicle and we took it for a test drive. Chet was super personal and also very friendly. One of the nicer sales man from a dealer i have del with. He was not pushy and new his job very well. We got along very well throught the whole process and was in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. Probably the only time i have never taken a whole day to complete this task. i was also able to get more for my trade in that i thought originally and also was able to walk with the truck i wanted as well. Everything started and ended pleasantly. Thank you for the great expierance. More
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership in 30 years. Make a 9:30 diagnostic service appointment a week ago. Show up, go to waiting room. Informed they may be too long for me to wait, so they shuttle me. I call at 3pm. Car still hasn’t even been put up on the rack to be checked out. Many excuses as to why. Told they think they can do it tomorrow. Took the car without being serviced and will never go back. Was thinking about possibly trading vehicle or getting different vehicle. While having service on my '16 2-door Wrangler I connected with salesperson Juan Gonzalez who I'd been emailing for a few days prior about my interest in a new Wrangler. Juan said he just received a connected with salesperson Juan Gonzalez who I'd been emailing for a few days prior about my interest in a new Wrangler. Juan said he just received a '24 2-door and said I should look at it. When I arrived to drop my Wrangler at service Juan had the new one waiting out front, I told him I was undecided and would come back another time. As I went back to the service desk Franz Seidler approached me and said "What can I do to get you into that Wrangler"? I told him and without hesitation, Franz made it happen! Ryan Perrino took the reigns from this point on and my experience was awesome! Franz, Ryan, and Juan were not only professional but made the next hours enjoyable with their friendly lighthearted demeanor. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership but my first under new ownership, I will direct all my friends here telling them to seek out Juan, Ryan, and Franz. Thank you, Gentlemen. More
I purchased 2 vehicles here as the dealer is conveniently located minutes down the street from my home. I would not have purchased and or serviced my vehicles here if I knew that they had such poor to non-e located minutes down the street from my home. I would not have purchased and or serviced my vehicles here if I knew that they had such poor to non-existing customer service. The simple reason is that they do not get back to you when you call for service. They are always busy .. supposedly. I have waited in the dealer many times already for my vehicles and I see nothing but horseplay. Customer are placed on hold for unnecessary amount of time while the reps just xx around. I have had an issue with my truck since April 2023. The day service was done I picked up my truck after hours and the issue was there regarding my exhaust fumes filling the cab. I called for about 3 weeks to get my truck back in for service to no avail as my calls were not returned. I let it be as it was warmer weather and just kept the windows open. I now have been calling for 3 weeks and I am waiting for 3 folks to call me back to confirm and schedule to get this fixed. On my other vehicle that I purchased back in May 2023, I received a call from the dealer that it has to come in for firmware update on the system. I called back to schedule and find out how long it will take so I can plan accordingly. I was told I was going to get a call back as they needed to find this out. It is now going on 2 weeks waiting and I have since called back 4 times already and as usual, they are busy. They are too busy to give their customers a call back any time of the day during any given full day. I will work around my problem as I have with my truck already with another dealer and file a formal complaint with their corporate office. They will be missing out as well on the 2 or possibly 3 Ram trucks 2500 I have purchase for my employer right after the new year. So unfortunate that true customer service doesn't exist today anymore. The other issue with this dealer is that when you call, you are always hung up on and they still don't call you back. Saw vehicle on auto trader called to schedule a video call walk around. They said they would just make a video and send it to me. They neglected to show minor damage that would affect price. Went back n forth over phone on price since It was a long drive to just go see it. Tried to give deposit 3 times and each time was told they didnt need it, they will hold it for me. After driving 4 hours I got there and they wanted full price and refused to honor agreed price. Spent another 3 hours negotiating price all over again. Never did get it where it was over phone. I also made it clear many times I didnt want a new plate since I was transfering from another vehicle. After agreeing to pay more than the first agreed price I paid only to find out they added new plates again. I asked for refund since I didnt need them. They refused n basically said you already paid for it. They didnt have just one salesman talking to me but 3. They guy I made deal with wasnt there when I showed up and they denied it all. Manager even said they record all calls. I told him to go check them and let me know what he finds but never heard from him again. Stay clear and deal with someone who is honest n trustworthy. Also insist on a down payment with remaining balance on your receipt Never again with that place... Dont trust sales team or management. More
