Very Unprofessional Dealer- After seeing many reviews, Very Unprofessional Dealer- After seeing many reviews, I decided this dealer was a great place to shop. I was very wrong. Everything was great, until numbers appeared in front of me. They lied about prices and tried to sell me 2 warranties without even asking me. I understand that cars are in demand right now, but these practices were extremely unethical. When I asked to see my interest rate and payments, they said not until I sign on the price they discussed. Bottom line, they tried to get me to sign paperwork without seeing all the numbers properly. On top of that, the finance guy started saying offensive things to me about my job and status when I kept insisting on seeing the numbers before I made a decision to buy the car. Eventually they told me they would NOT sell me the car if I did not buy the warranty that I did not even need. I have never had that happen to me yet, or anyone else I know. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again. Terrible experience. More
Took an Hour and a half for express oil change..I get maybe short handed due to covid..Not ONE employee, maybe 10 on the floor, none in service, none in the office/cashier were wearing a mask..maybe 15-2 maybe short handed due to covid..Not ONE employee, maybe 10 on the floor, none in service, none in the office/cashier were wearing a mask..maybe 15-20 in total. Was asked by at least 2 salespersons if I wanted help..Very uncomfortable and seems no concern about the customers safety or health, especially in todays environment..Won't go back More
