Advice: when the service is complete, either the service tech or cashier should explain what was accomplished and what you are paying for. In this case, I had a required service (milage interval) that was due also. Customers shouldn’t have to go through the bill and what was accomplished (or not required at the moment) with the cashier who has no idea about that…especially when there is a line of people waiting. Great customer service will find you in a waiting room and explain “here’s what we did/found/what wasn’t need at his point, we washed the vehicle for you and here is what you’re paying for, and here’s what to expect on your next routine service…any questions?” Then, I’m happy to go pay with all the info in hand. Oh, and lastly, take the service number paper out of the vehicle when your done. I always have to throw it away. Thanks! More

We have purchased two Jeeps from this dealership. The pricing was fair, we got good deals, they worked to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My husband must have test driven at least six or seven of the Jeeps, then went to other dealers for other products, because he couldn't make up his mind what he wanted. Doug was so patient and easy-going, not pushy or dismissive. Partly how we need up back there. (And our Grand Cherokee Trailhawk is amazing!) It is no surprise that when I wanted to get out of my leased vehicle and buy as well, the dealership bought us out of a lease that had at least a year left, and got me into my dream Wrangler. Doug was my salesman, too. The service department is respectful, listens, and is quick to service anything we need done. The parts department has been very helpful in starting me on my "Lego" project with my Wrangler. Long ago, in 2015, my first experience with this dealership and Doug was when I leased my 2015 Renegade Trailhawk. I had driven it, and was trying to decide if I wanted it, and somebody else took it out for a test drive while I was there. Doug actually went outside and grabbed the keys from the other salesmanwhen they got back, said it was sold, and made sure I got that Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and Doug. More
