Unfortunately I can’t say I am happy with the rest, I brought my car for 2 lights on, in the dashboard, Wednesday 20, by Friday I didn’t know when it would be ready, service department did not even answer the phone, Monday Chris took over, and I was able to get answers and my car back, Unfortunately something went wrong with the repairs department because today Tuesday, only 24 hrs after I picked the car one of the lights for which I brought the car to be repaired came on again. I tried for days to reach someone to schedule an appointment and never got a call back. I finally decided to try the wrong department and I reached Carlos in parts. He told me they were fully boo appointment and never got a call back. I finally decided to try the wrong department and I reached Carlos in parts. He told me they were fully booked, but when I explained I was going on a road trip and really needed to get in, he worked with Alex and told me Alex would fit me in. Carlos was so helpful, even though it wasn’t his area, great customer service! I really appreciate Carlos and Alex going above and beyond to provide great service to me! Alex even applied an online coupon I didn’t know about to save me money. The only recommendation I have is for the call center. I was very frustrated by that, but don’t want to give a lower score because Carlos and Alex are great and I left happy! More
