2012 GC Overland Oil Change I have 3 Jeeps. Took my 2012 GC Overland in for an Oil Change Danny Nelson and Mike Hale came out to my vehicle before I could cut the engine off and I have 3 Jeeps. Took my 2012 GC Overland in for an Oil Change Danny Nelson and Mike Hale came out to my vehicle before I could cut the engine off and provided great service was there just under an hour.. Unbelievably terrible service! It's truly mind blowing that service can actually be this bad. If you have an alternative to Crystal Chrysler Jeep, I highly suggest you take it. Sh It's truly mind blowing that service can actually be this bad. If you have an alternative to Crystal Chrysler Jeep, I highly suggest you take it. Short story: took our Jeep Liberty in to repair the window regulator motor, which is a very common problem with this make / model and has broken on every window, and in this case, more than once. Called Chrysler / Jeep Hq. in Detroit to see if they would offer any consideration. They made several attempts over a few days to reach Crystal Chrysler to get some details, never got a return phone call. After our Jeep sitting at Crystal Chrysler for well over a week, decided to go and just pick it up and deal with the issue elsewhere. When I got there, not only did I have to pay the $129 diagnostic fee (which was just plain insulting), but they brought my Jeep around with the back window down (because of the issue), the door panel torn out and strewn across the back seat. In short, our Jeep had been sitting outside with the back window down for a week and a half...to say it was filthy inside and out would be an understatement...and brought the car to me with the panel still removed and in multiple pieces. Are you kidding me? I swear I thought on was on Candid Camera! Pointed it out to service fellow on duty (manager not there) and "at least let me put it back together for you and tape the window shut." Which they did. So after a week and a half: no repair, Jeep left outside with window down for entire time, car was absolutely filthy inside and out, returned to me with the door panel strewn apart, and for all this, I got the privilege of paying the $129 diagnostic fee. Pathetic and insulting are the two words that come top of mind. More

We have made more 30 mile ROUND trips in the 3 years weve had a jeep than in 12 years of a Mercedes. Big waste of time. early am appointment - and car is never looked at same day... I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD The service department is HORRIBLE. The first time i took my Durango in for recalls i made an appointment they didn't even touch it for several days. I finally just picked it up. resent i took it back to get the recalls taken care of and told them i didn't want the same thing as last time. WELL Almost two weeks later i still don't have my vehicle. I've called several times all week. I've left voice mails I've talked to several people. " it being worked on as we speak" " it will be ready Friday morning" "techs off today so it wont be ready till Monday" "the GM will be in at 9am if you would like to talk to him" "the GM is not in today call back Monday" ALL of it is BS. giving me the run around. I WISH I COULD JUST TOW IT TO ANOTHER SERVICE CENTER. oh just found out its not even in the service bay. no service notes or anything. DO not take your vehicle there. More
