Moe was my excellent service manager Needed one tire sensor and was completed in a couple of hours and covered by my extended Chrysler warranty. Warranty issue dragged till out of warranty Brought my Jeep in cause tranny gave me problems. Was given an appointment for about a week later and told that it was a recall software issue. Got it Brought my Jeep in cause tranny gave me problems. Was given an appointment for about a week later and told that it was a recall software issue. Got it then into the dealership, picked it up and was told it was all fixed. After i picked it up it was still not driving right, brought it back and was told that i needed a new transfer case for about 2300 bucks and that my jeep warranty had just expired a few days before. Unbelievable, i paid and got my car back. Put then about 3 or 4 calls in to speak with with the service manager but never got a call back. Jeep is just telling my that the repair took place after the warranty expired never mind that i brought it to the dealership complaining about the tranny problem while it still was under original warranty. Will now have to wait until after tge summer when i get back to Palm Springs and go to small claims court. What a nightmare with those people at Jeep Chrysler in Cathedral City CA More

Recently I had a need to have some maintenance I’ve been a jeep Chrysler client for 10 years. I’m now on my second Jeep purchased st this dealership. Recently I had a need to have some maintenance done on my vehicle and Mr. Fortney was amazing! I went in ,met with him, made an appointment and came back as scheduled He made all the arrangements for a rental, the work was done (actually earlier )than expected with no problems whatsoever. Im aware there have been changes with the new dealership opening in the Coachella Valley. But n the past have waited over a week for work to be completed and this time it was like a dream. Whatever he’s doing or whatever is going on in Cathedral City now it’s definitely to the customers advantage Kudos to an extended warranty!! & the CC team More
