Very BAD Service Very Bad Service. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because my key for Very Bad Service. Had to wait 2.5 hours to get an oil change and have my tires rotated. They told me they couldn’t rotate my tires because my key for the wheels was missing. Last time I had my tires rotated was there at Crystal Chrysler Jeep dealer. I don’t know what they did with my key. The service man Ralph Heraldez told aineoulf have to pay then to have them chancge my wheel locks. I don’t think I should have to incur any charges for something that the dealer did. They did not put back my key last time I had my tires rotated. I am very upset over this. I need someone to call ASAP. Irene More
