Jen, Service Rep, was awesome as always. Unfortunately when i got I noticed the mechanics that service my car left grease prints on the sunvisor interior roof and interior roof above the front door. Brought in vehicle for X56 warranty due to failed Brought in vehicle for X56 warranty due to failed cylinder 6 and other codes, ticking noise due to bad lifters and emissions leak. Warranty denied, w Brought in vehicle for X56 warranty due to failed cylinder 6 and other codes, ticking noise due to bad lifters and emissions leak. Warranty denied, work performed poorly. Shelled out a couple thousands. A couple days later, ticking noise still present, vehicle overheats and 2 more codes reappear. Emissions leak and bad thermostat. I checked the freon level and surprise, surprise! It needs to be topped off. I decide to replace it with the mopar brand required. Surprise again! Invoice charged me to top off freon. Set up appointment this time with I -10 jeep dealer (same owner) to avoid travel to Cat city. Thermostat needs to be replaced, emissions leak is at a different location than what was originally worked on previously by chrystal in Cat city. Ticking noise work needs to be perform. Original invoice $2,200.00, new invoice $2,800.00. Definitely lack of customer service and untrained techs. For the record, I know this penstar engine very well. No responsibility taken for ticking noise, no responsibility taken for failed thermostat due to freon top off after removing manifold and pipes, no responsibility for emissions leak. I basically brought in a vehicle to be left worked on by techs with my same level of expertise (basic). To Jorge the owner, you have a lot of work to do with your staff. I will definitely mark you down for questionable and lack of knowledge and customer service. Copy of texts to service tech #1. Available to prove that all concerns were reported. At this time, I will make sure that none of my family members and friends WILL NOT VENGA, VENGA to the three dealerships in the valley. Second quote and service repair not agreed by vehicle owner due to trusting on service techs and mechanics experience. More

I was here for 6 days and Crystal Dodge service was very accommodating and found the AC problem, ordered the part and had me on my way within 18 hrs.
