Called about a simple oil change, and at first the lady said 2-3 hours. Arrived at dealership, and the person asked if I had an appointment, nope. She then passed me to another guy that took care of me. Se said 2-3 hours. Arrived at dealership, and the person asked if I had an appointment, nope. She then passed me to another guy that took care of me. Seemed like I was “passed over”. In all the oil change was completed in less than 2 hours. WiFi doesn’t work. More

Jennafer was my service writer. I live 4 min from the “New” dealership in Indio on Varner. I drive all the way to Cathedral City because this dealership is SO MUCH more …simply NICE. I had to tell them my repair was covered by warranty. They first said the repair would cost $330. I had to use my sister car and drive to to the dealership to tell Jennifer in person that the repair was They first said the repair would cost $330. I had to use my sister car and drive to to the dealership to tell Jennifer in person that the repair was covered by warranty. She claimed she had called and the repair was not covered by warranty. I told her I had called Chrysler info line and they told me it was covered. She then said she would call them again. The end result was that I did not to pay for repair. You guessed it. Repair covered. Why do I have to drive down to the dealership to tell them when something is covered by warranty. I thought my Veh Vin #, can get them in the computer to check warranties on the veh. This has happened to me twice at same Chrysler Dealership in Cathedral City. More
