This was my first visit to Crystal CJDR. I was in for a simple oil change. Jeffrey Rodriguez, my service advisor, was perfect: efficient, quick, and friendly. The service was fast--so fast that my errands via Lyft were unnecessary to fill the time. I was quoted a short turnaround, but was slightly skeptical and embarked upon my errands. I received a call that the car was ready--well under the quoted time. The joke was on me, I thought to myself. Further, I was offered a great, cost-saving maintenance package of three oil changes and tire rotations which cut the cost nicely. So, I get to return to the great service experience at a reduced cost. :-) More

I’d give this dealership zero stars if I could. I called them first thing in the morning today and asked if I could bring my van in to have the air conditioning fixed. I explained that it’s urgent; we are f them first thing in the morning today and asked if I could bring my van in to have the air conditioning fixed. I explained that it’s urgent; we are from Canada and are very concerned about our elderly dogs in this heat. The woman who answered the phone said no problem, they could get me in at 1 o’clock that same day. She even said they would provide a shuttle service to take me back to my hotel while the van was being worked on. So I left my wife and dogs at the hotel and drove 40 minutes to be there well before 1 o’clock, only to have the service manager ask if I had an appointment? I said, yes I was told to come in at 1 o’clock. She said, “I don’t know why they do that. You’d be lucky to get an appointment by Thursday.” What a complete waste of time. More
