I completely enjoyed working with Mr. Williams, he was very easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable regarding the options I was looking for. I thoroughly enjoyed his responses if I needed a specific options, he would search it out and get back with me in a very timely manner. I enjoyed the time he spent going over in details regarding the shop and the expertise in the people who worked there. I really have had an exceptional experience each and every time I come in for a service appointment for one of my vehicles. The service technicians are very willing to make adjustments in your appointment should something come up necessitating a change in time. I always appreciate coming to Crump Reese, I have been a loyal customer for numerous years, I really like the way they make you feel when you come in for anything. The workers are very knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer right then, they will research it and make sure you get the information you have asked for; ask for the sales staff, what a great bunch of professional you have to work with. The service center is so willing to work with what ever your needs are regarding adjustments to schedule and very thorough in their diagnostic of the problem you've come for along with keeping you updated on what needs to be done in order to rectify the problem or issue.
