My car was diagnosticated with emissions issues the emissions pump was replaced two weeks later check engine light came on again now the problem was injector after a couple a weeks they have to replace emissions pump was replaced two weeks later check engine light came on again now the problem was injector after a couple a weeks they have to replace the complete motor so, my car was there 2 months and thank god i buyed the extended warranty and that cover almost 95% of the cost, i never buy a CHEVY IN MY LIFE, Jess was very helpful in the process to get everything done with the insurance , but very sad because the quality of Chevy cars is very disappointent More

The staff was great at Crump Reese but the fat that the main GMC company was unavailable to help the Crump Reese team with computer issues to fix our Recall was crap we live 1 1/2 away from the facility an main GMC company was unavailable to help the Crump Reese team with computer issues to fix our Recall was crap we live 1 1/2 away from the facility and have to drive through a very bad canyon in the winter to get there.
