My car was hard to start and mirrors would not unlock. I contacted service and Brian Tessitore walked me through unlocking the mirrors. He got me in for service the same day and found the battery bad. My wait time was exceptional since this was an "unplanned" stop! Thank you again, Brian. More

I have always been pleased with my service, finding that the work is well done and the situation with my car honestly explained to me. I drive from Lutz, which takes me about an hour, even though it's only 29 miles! The personnel is the reason I'm willing to make that drive. I trust them. More

Service center review It’s a shame most consumers don’t know enough about cars to protect themselves. This said I would highly recommend steering clear of this dealership. It’s a shame most consumers don’t know enough about cars to protect themselves. This said I would highly recommend steering clear of this dealership. Reason being, while under warranty repairs, I was told one of my complaints was a perfectly normal condition of the car. Having knowledge of cars though, the comment sent up a red flag. Not being a professional myself, I called up 10 other Volvo dealerships across the country to verify what I was told. Unanimously, the other dealerships said the condition is not normal and should be investigated properly. When I questioned this dealer, they told me they’ve been doing this for a long time and they know what they’re talking about. This only tells me they’ve been doing things wrong for a long time. (Note: Volvo of Tampa is also under the same franchise owner). More

Service was superior I have a 2012 XC70. Shortly after arriving in St. Petersburg the check engine light came on. We called Volvo of Clearwater and spoke with the servic I have a 2012 XC70. Shortly after arriving in St. Petersburg the check engine light came on. We called Volvo of Clearwater and spoke with the service advisor, Brian Tessitore. He set us up with an appointment that day. When we arrived we had two kayaks on top of the car, he immediately helped me remove them for service. The work was completed quickly and Brian took time to explain everything to us in detail. This was one of the best service experiences I've ever had and I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Brian! More

2012 xc60, erratic electronics that can't be fixed because problems are so sporadic. Phone does not always pair, Blis system was flashing for 2 days, and cleaning the lens with eyeglass cleaner did no because problems are so sporadic. Phone does not always pair, Blis system was flashing for 2 days, and cleaning the lens with eyeglass cleaner did not stop it, then it fixed itself, rattle in plastic cover behind rear view mirror has been fixed three times and still rattles, something beeps out of the blue for no apparent reason. Today I went in to order a plastic seat part that had broken and I was told I would have to pay for it because an outside influence broke it. The part is poorly designed, very flimsy, and I don't even know how or when it broke, but if it had been better made it would not have broken. Although the car is a nice ride and mechanically sound, there are too many frustrating problems, and I have only had the car since April! More
