Brian Tessitore is my great current Service Advisor who is always quick to help with any issue, and I've known Deborah Hamman since the beginning. I feel like the Crown Volvo team is a part of my family; the family who wants me to be safe but enjoy the ride! In April I leased a 2017 S90 T6 AWD and it is by far my favorite Volvo! Derrick Smith got me into my new car and made me a very happy lady. Every day I look forward to driving my S90; whether it's just around town, going to work or taking road trips. They always take care of you with courtesy and professional care. Brian got me in the next day. I needed a loaner, I got a loaner. He says he'll call with information I asked, he called with the information. If he can't call, he makes sure someone does. And for the icing on the cake, my car comes back clean! Best place ever! Therefore, I thought it was important to write about an experience that truly "exceeded expectations." I have a 2014 Volvo XC60. I originally noticed that my garage door Homelink system was not working. I subsequently realized that my inside accessory lights and rain sensor were also not working. A fuse was blown and blew again when replaced by me. I originally took it to an independent repair shop. They had the car for a day and while they told me the problem was fixed, I realized it was not, before even leaving the shop. At that point, I contacted the service department at Crown Volvo and spoke with Brian Tessitore. He was honest, telling me that while it sounded like a short, without having the car, he could not be certain. He also told me that the repair could be simple or very involved, though he thought in most cases they could fix it in one day. He quoted me a fee to diagnose the problem and said that would be applied against the cost of the repair if I went ahead, though there was no obligation. I understood the terms of our agreement before bringing the car into the shop. I brought the car in and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in under 2 hours. It was a bare wire that was shorting the circuit. Just having the problem fixed in under 2 hours was great compared to my previous experience at an independent shop. However, I was speechless when they told me that there would be no charge and they were doing it because I had bought the car there and they were showing their customer support. I cannot imagine how my service experience could have been any better. They did what they promised; for less than I expected. As an extra, they also washed my car. I would certainly recommend contacting Brian Tessitore for a quote if you are considering service on your car. More

From the time I brought my vehicle in to the time I picked it up, I was pleased with the friendliness of all who I encountered at the dealership. Brian was able to provide a loaner and promptly communicated any issues. My car was ready when they said it would be and washed before pick up. I will definitely come back again for service. More
