Service Standards Excellent Briasn Tessitore has been one of two service managers I have met with since I bought my first Volvo in 2009. His professionalism and knowledge do mak Briasn Tessitore has been one of two service managers I have met with since I bought my first Volvo in 2009. His professionalism and knowledge do make a difference in how confident I feel about the quality of service I receive at Crown Volvo. I was nervous when Crown took over the Volvo dealership but they very smartly left their service team in place. There's a Volvo dealership much closer to me in Tarpon Springs but frankly, I am so happy with the service team at Crown that I would not dare go elsewhere. Blessing I stopped in on a whim to see why my tire sensor was showing low inflation. Brian helped me right away by checking tire pressure and discovered a leak I stopped in on a whim to see why my tire sensor was showing low inflation. Brian helped me right away by checking tire pressure and discovered a leak in a plug. I explained my time considerations, he immediately took my car back. My tire was patched and ready to in less than an hour. I can't thank Volvo enough for helping me so fast. Polite and friendly, service goes above & beyond Crown Volvo always wash and vacuum my car when serviced, but when I came in for a service this time, the guy that does that job normally had a persona Crown Volvo always wash and vacuum my car when serviced, but when I came in for a service this time, the guy that does that job normally had a personal emergency (hope everything was okay!). But, no problem! Samantha in service did the vacuuming and commandeered someone to wash the car. They try hard to get everything right and go above and beyond. More
