Excellent customer service. I reached out electronically about a preowned vehicle online and James Green connected with me shortly after. I asked James to send me additional pics of vehicle when he had an o about a preowned vehicle online and James Green connected with me shortly after. I asked James to send me additional pics of vehicle when he had an opportunity and he responded same day. James answered all my questions about vehicle, I asked him to drive it and check it out for me, he did! He replied with his feedback. I let him know I was serious about this SUV and arranged to drive 1 hour 20 min to test drive and look it over. This was before vehicle had been serviced or cleaned. I trusted James and took his word it would clean up well. I placed down payment, and worked out a pickup date with James. Upon arrival, it didn’t even look like same vehicle, it was Fabulous: new tires gleaming, leather seats perfectly cleaned, door dings removed, small rip on driver seat, no worry just order a new leather seat cover and Shazam. The transaction was the easiest ever, tags and title will be mailed to my home. Love that! The sales manager David Jones was friendly and engaging on both trips. Kudos to you both for excellent service. Thanks for following through and taking such good care of me. More

I had been looking for a specific color Forester Sport and had reached out to about 10 Subaru dealerships in the southeast. Meagan's response to my request was the quickest and the most helpful. After a 2 moth search (which included ordering a vehicle from the factory) Meagan located the model and color and included the options I was looking for. We scheduled a day for me to drop off my trade and pick up the new Forester Sport. The day of the scheduled delivery, my trade started throwing error codes (this had never happened prior to that day).I contacted Megan to let her know what was happening and that I was no longer going to be trading in a car. The biggest issue I faced though, was finding a way to Crown Subaru (I live two hours from Chattanooga). Meagan made arrangements to have an employee from Crown (James - great guy!) make the four hour round trip to pick me up at my home and take me to Chattanooga to take delivery of my new Forester. I felt I had made the right choice with Megan and Crown Subaru. This was proven to me time and again by how the deal was initiated and throughout the process. Ultimately this was completely proven to me through her actions on the day I was scheduled to pick up the new car. Meagan, thank you for your help during the 2 month process. Well worth the wait and I appreciate all your efforts. More
