Following the desired work (maintenance)n LucasMarler moved the car into the maintenance line-up and then upon finishing the work as a service advisor he did a polite, informative and helpful explanation of what was completed and what future time and work would be needed for the next visit. I also found a sales person lady who answered and advised me regarding possible future later models that I might wish to consider in investing in the future. All contacts were professional and helpful. I regret that the person who normally washes vehicles during maintenance was not available but appreciate the free car ticket which enabled me to return home with a clean car. Thank you. More

Matt White called the day after our towed car was received at the Dealership. He called again after the mechanic had had a chance to look at it and had determined why it would not start. When we arrived at the Dealership Matt overheard another Service Rep giving us eronious information about what had be done to our car. He referred the Rep to the Service notes as a polite way of correcting him and making sure we received the correct information about what had been done to our car. We appreciate the work that Matt and the mechanics did to our car. In addition we like the south west geographic location of Crown. We do not have to get into the thick of traffic to reach Crown. This is a plus for us. More
