Crown Subaru has the most amazing service department. The first time I used them I was very impressed so I just used them a second time. I live two hours away from the dealership. I had a battery issue The first time I used them I was very impressed so I just used them a second time. I live two hours away from the dealership. I had a battery issue which my local repair service did not catch that it was a trunk light left on. Not knowing the issue I had the car towed to Crown Subaru. They discovered the issue and recharged the battery. Plus they informed me about a recall and they took care of it. Unfortunately, I had to rent a car. They never charged mo for their time plus the car was ready when they said it would be. I thought I needed a new battery plus other extensive work. This shows the integrity that this Subaru dealer has plus everyone with whom you are in contact in person or by phone is very polite and respectful. I highly recommend Crown Subaru. More
