Had our oil changed and tire rotation done on both our vehicles. I could not ask for a better service department person than Tim. He kept us informed as to what they were doing. I trust Tim with our cars! Yes, we bought our cars there and we have them serviced there. We drive 50 plus miles to get the oil changed, tire rotations done and purchase our vehicles from them! Crown Nissan is the way to go! More

one of my best customer service experiences ever. even though i do get most of my service and maintenance needs taken care of by my " mechanic" , i realized there are certain things you jus even though i do get most of my service and maintenance needs taken care of by my " mechanic" , i realized there are certain things you just have to get done at the dealership. i was having a starting issue and it had to do with the programming of the keys. when i pulled up in the service area at crown nissan st pete fl, it was organized and convenient . i stepped out of my truck and i turned towards the service entrance door and Tim was already within six feet of me, greeting me and inquiring on what he can do to assist me. Tim took his time and listened to what my issues were .he established a plan, and assured me the master mechanics had this under control. Tim informed me of the progress and suggested a couple of other service needs that i really needed to go ahead and get done anyway. do to my job i had to pick up my vehicle the next day. Tim was there again to go over the ticket and make sure everything was understood. the truck is like new again and Tim was the biggest part of my great experience. More

Outstanding Service The day started looking like it was not going to be that good. Stranded in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck to come for an hour. I had called ahead to be sure Crown could fit me in. Joseph was my contact and even though I was late getting to Crown I was immediately greeted by staff. Had my car back within 2 hours with new battery, complete diagnostics for any other issues and a car wash. Exceeded what I had expected and went home completely satisfied. Joe was professional and helpful throughout the process. Danny Touch has been there when I pull in on my last few visits and he is a pleasure to work with. He always is helpful, has a smile and puts me at ease. More
