Compassionate and Friendly Tim M. really made my first experience memorable by going out of his way to make sure our needs were taken care of. We went in with a tire losing air and discovered the tread wasn't safe on two tires, with a nail embedded in one. He patiently explained our options and went out of his way to make sure we were completely comfortable with our decision on repairs. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary services so we could prioritize our spending, which has been very worrisome during the virus shut down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Crown Nissan's service department to anyone, and I will certainly return to them after this wonderful experience. More

Repair for sealing screen/vapor barrier recall Took my car in for a recall on the sealing screen/vapor barrier which can let the doors come open while driving down the road. Now the drivers side Took my car in for a recall on the sealing screen/vapor barrier which can let the doors come open while driving down the road. Now the drivers side back door will not open AT ALL. Now I have take it back in again. Ironic the repair was so the door would not accidentally come open driving down the road. This tells me that no one did a QC check after the work was done before returning the car. More

Tim M was excellent in the service dept. I explained to him how I had been furloughed for 2 months, and he gave me reasonable time frames to expect the service to be due. I was hesitant to bring my car in for the repair it needed, but Tim M was empathetic and realistic with me.... He didn't try to pressure me into anything.
