After arriving at Crown Nissan Service Center, Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard greeted me with "good morning Mr. Williams" and a warm and welcoming smile. Her mutual respect and acknowledgement of th Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard greeted me with "good morning Mr. Williams" and a warm and welcoming smile. Her mutual respect and acknowledgement of the importance Social Distancing put me at ease. After reviewing my maintenance record and putting a service plan in place, I felt secured and relieved that she was being honest and had my best interest at heart. Although it required some major repairs such as replacing the front wheel struts and ball joints, alignment, transmission flush/oil and filter change, etc, and an oil change...WOW! The savings that Mrs. Shepard was able to apply (dealer discount, extended warranty, etc.) to my final bill was outstanding. Mrs. Shepard, thanks for providing me with your professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills and second to none, your knowledge, skills and abilities in your job profession.
