I met with John Riddlebarger and he was ready to help me and solve my issues with my 2019 Titan XD. John listened to my concerns and found out if they were covered by warranty which they were and then made and solve my issues with my 2019 Titan XD. John listened to my concerns and found out if they were covered by warranty which they were and then made my appointment to come back in for the work, I got there at Crown Nissan and was taken to the customer waiting area and was kept well informed on the progress of my truck. John is a great representative for the service department and works to satisfy his customers. Crown Nissan is lucky to have a John and would recommend working with him to anyone. More

On 10/14/2020, my day started out in a "panic mode". Thank god that my Service Advisor at Crown Nissan, Mrs. Lesley Shepard was on duty very early this morning. I attempted to start my 2014 Nissan Altim Thank god that my Service Advisor at Crown Nissan, Mrs. Lesley Shepard was on duty very early this morning. I attempted to start my 2014 Nissan Altima, but was met with click, click, click etc. I called Mrs. Shepard and was assured by her that everything was going to be o k. She asked if I was able to have someone jump start the battery and if not, she will assist. I informed her that I was a member of AAA and will call them. Mrs Shepard told me to bring my car to the service area and she will have the battery tested. After reviewing my maintenance history, she informed me that the battery was under warranty at no cost. Mrs.Shepard ability to demonstrate Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, Professionalism, and Honesty while applying her Outstanding job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities only highlighted the high level of performance I received yesterday and throughout the years. Mrs. Shepard deserve receiving a Letter of Recognition and or a monetary award for Outstanding Service.
