John Waterhouse is an exceptional service manager. He is intuitive, thorough, patient and is courteous. They don't get any better than Jon. He employed an exceptional repair/diagnostic man to find the intuitive, thorough, patient and is courteous. They don't get any better than Jon. He employed an exceptional repair/diagnostic man to find the cause and functional cure for a headliner rattle that on 3 previous visits the annoying rattles were not cured. Edwardo was the very excellent man who diagosed the problem and two other areas that needed attention and repair in our Murano. Together, these two men are the best. I have had a lot of experience with repair service with automobiles having driven over 1.5 million miles in my lifetime and Crown Nissan is tops. Bill Baumner More

Alex Fox met me as I got out of my car for service. He was very professional. He asked why I was there and immediately began to work on having my oil changed as well as taking car of an unnecessary horn was very professional.
