Service Department has been the thorn in the side of this Dealership! Stopped by for service because my check engine light came on. Was quickly advised it would cost me $169.00 just for them to see what it s Dealership! Stopped by for service because my check engine light came on. Was quickly advised it would cost me $169.00 just for them to see what it says. Ridicules, I have been servicing my cars here for years, even bought a new car here less than a year ago and thought everything was good with pricing until this huge price gouge! Drove it to Autozone down the street from this dealership, they do a courtesy free check to let me know it was the VSS sensor in my vehicle. Average part cost around 200.00 and average fee including part to install is between 5 and 6 hundred dollars which I will pay at someone other than Crown Nissan just due to the trust in Crown's fair pricing dropping to its lowest. Sometimes a little courtesy goes a long way, a simple check would have brought them a customer to have the repairs completed there. Very disappointed in this Service Department and this is an important department in a dealership which is highly researched before choosing to buy a new vehicle from that dealership. You may have lost a good customer over his one! More

On March 16, 2023, Crown Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard once again, provided me with "Outstanding Professionalism and Service" during my experience at Crown Nissan Service Department. I was Lesley Shepard once again, provided me with "Outstanding Professionalism and Service" during my experience at Crown Nissan Service Department. I was very impressed with today's maintenance service plan Mrs. Shepard had prepared for me upon my arrival at the service center. During my consultation with Service Advisor, Mrs. Shepard, we both agreed that it was time to have an oil change and tires rotated, but in addition to that, based on my 2014 Nissan Altima mileage, her service plan also included inspecting and possibly replacing the drive belts if needed. Mrs. Shepard Maintenance Service Team Member inspected the drive belt and recommended replacing them. During the inspection, it was also noted that the valve cover gasket leaks and recommended replacing both the valve cover and valve cover gaskets. I have "full faith and confidence" in Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard and her Maintenance Service Team Member in providing me with Professionalism, Outstanding and Excellent Service each and every time I bring my 2014 Nissan Altima in for service.
