I would buy all of my vehicles from Brian, he listen to my needs and even search for ones that were not on the premises. I truly love this dealership. The staff is friendly and will always do their best to give you the best price possible whether it be service or sales. 99% of the service staff is exceptional. I ran into one that I didn't feel was quite at the level as the others. I over heard them call him "Junior". He was working on my car and made a lot of "Lazy" mistakes. It was his job to make sure the radio had the same presets after he updated the software. I watched him working on my car and I didn't see him do the tire rotation. I was gone for about 10 minutes with the car out of site so I am not sure if it was done during that time or not. He didn't take the time to drop my car off for its wash nor did he put the sticker for the next service on the windshield. They weren't major mistakes but at a dealership that charges as much as they do you would expect them to be perfect. My Service Agent was by far the best. He took the time to go back and get the next service sticker and put it on my windshield. He took the time to go back there and check on my car to give me an ETA on when they expected to be done. If I could give Rob 10 stars I would try to give him 11. More
