On June 30, 2021, I drove my 2014 Nissan Altima to Crown Nissan Service Center. and as always, was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Service Adviser Mrs. Lesley Shepard. I informed Mrs. Shepard tha Nissan Service Center. and as always, was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Service Adviser Mrs. Lesley Shepard. I informed Mrs. Shepard that the air condition wasn't blowing cold air. She assured me that her maintenance team will access my concerns, perform an all out maintenance diagnostic evaluation, and get back with her so that she could inform me of what services are needed. Mrs. Shepard and her maintenance team have consistently throughout the years, provided excellent service and customer satisfaction to me, since January 2015. Mrs. Shepard's Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Performance Ratings have always far exceeded the 5 Star option. It's my hope that Mrs. Shepard Manager(s) will reward her with a monetary achievement award for continued Outstanding Service.
