I was very pleased with the service I received when my ac on my 2017 Nissan Altima stopped working. Service Advisor Rob Zoffer was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Although, the labor costs were exo on my 2017 Nissan Altima stopped working. Service Advisor Rob Zoffer was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Although, the labor costs were exorbitantly high, I'm told that is generally what service at a dealership will cost but I feel like the service., quality, and professionalism is worth it for an expensive part/repair. I know if I have any issues with this repair within 12 months and Rob Zoffer will be there to respond and fix it. Thank you Crown Nissan ! More
