Working with Tony & all the other associates at Crown Nissan this past summer was my SECOND experience at this fine dealership! I came in originally 4 years ago to start a lease on a Nissan Sentra and a Nissan this past summer was my SECOND experience at this fine dealership! I came in originally 4 years ago to start a lease on a Nissan Sentra and after my 2 year agreement was up, went BACK to see Tony and his team for my second lease. I ended up wavering back and forth between the Rogue and the Sentra identical to wait I had just leased, but Tony helped me weigh my options and really took the time to make sure I was confident and happy about my decision. My family and I spent at LEAST 3 hours in the dealership BEFORE finally making a decision and it was one of the most fun and most easy going experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. They worked with my student budget and really got the payments low enough for me to feel comfortable making a bigger lease-the Nissan Rogue. OVerall QUALITY service and such nice people, I actually am looking forward to returning for my next lease (Im not sure they are though! jk) HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES! I have owned a Nissan Pathfinder since 1993. She finally reached her limit and I was in need of another vehicle. I called Crown Nissan after viewing their website. Fortunately, I was connected to David Bive reached her limit and I was in need of another vehicle. I called Crown Nissan after viewing their website. Fortunately, I was connected to David Bivens. He listened to my story patiently, as I really was upset about my old girl. I wasn't thrilled about purchasing anything new, however, I told him I would look at some new Pathfinders or perhaps a new Xterra. When I arrived,the next day, he had both waiting for a test drive. He had in the meantime, found on the lot, a used Pathfinder and had it ready as well. He went with me on the test drive and was helpful and quickly answered all my questions. He is knowledgable and very professional. When I showed an interest in the Murrano, he got the keys and we went for another drive. As it turned out, I purchased the used (2009) Pathfinder that day. I feel very fortunate that he was the salesperson that helped me. I ended up with a great vehicle and a great experience at the dealership. David is truly a nice and patient professional. Thank you. It's evident that the customers were indeed royalty at Crown Nissan. This treatment was wholly unexpected in accordance with other past dealer experiences. We are very pleased with our total relationship from our initial meeting with Dave to our previous maintenance sessions. A new car is one of lifes most stressful events.
