My whole experience with Crown as well as Tom Quillen was very positive from the beginning. They were quick to respond and just as quick to get to the bottom line quickly, which is what I wanted. My husband and I went to Crown Nissan today after visiting two other dealerships. We parked directly in front of the window/door of the dealership and started walking around for about 5 minutes and n visiting two other dealerships. We were getting ready to leave and I told my husband let's check out what's on the the lot next door (Not realizing they were one dealership) As soon as we stepped on the lot next door here comes this guy walking over to us to offer help with a smile on his face. Will Skull and Mark Fish made my experience at Crown Nissan great! Will was friendly, helpful and would have let me test drive every car on the lot if I has asked. He was only there to help me and was Nissan great! Will was friendly, helpful and would have let me test drive every car on the lot if I has asked. He was only there to help me and was not distracted or uninterested in what I wanted or my needs. When I made a choice and wanted to go home to think about it, Will never pushed me to make a decision that night, he just set up an appintment to come back. The dealership called to remind me of my appointment one day prior. I was also in touch with Will a few time during the week to get our schedules set. I went in on Thursday at 5:30 and was out driving my new Juke by 7:30 that night. Will made the deal what I wanted, quickly got my car appraised quickly and I was in to see Mark for signing the paper work. Mark was great and had me done and out of his office in less than 30 minutes. This purchase with Will Skull and Mark Fish, was the fasted and quickest I have EVER purchased a car!
