I felt that i was robbed. I came to the dealership in need and I think they gained off my personal situation. My daughters was going thru Chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and i came to the Deale need and I think they gained off my personal situation. My daughters was going thru Chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant and i came to the Dealer with $5000 for a Down payment. They showed me a 2008 Nissan Sentra that somebody just traded in the day before and told me to come tomorrow and they would have it cleaned up! We tried talking about other cars and the sales person insisted that "because of my credit" that would be one of two choices for me. I found out by another dealer today it that was a lie. I really should have asked a lot more questions but because of the necessity of having the vehicle and trusting the sales person "Because he knew of both of my daughters Chemo and Bone marrow situation" I thought It would be at a reasonable price. Considering the the car had 42,000 miles and was dirty when we first saw it. Well a year and a half later i still owe $9600 on the car. Doing the math they sold me the car for $19,400 dollars. for that price right now i could have bought a brand new 2014 model. I'm sorry if it seems that I'm bashing on Crowns Nissan. The owners maybe don't know everything their employees may be doing because they only look at the numbers. That sales person maybe got "Employee of the Month" with this sale but I would Never, Never recommend this dealership to any person because I feel that I got rushed to buy an overpriced vehicle. Honesty should be #1 for any Sales person. More

I have brought my Nissan Sentra in for its scheduled servicing needs since I bought it in 2009. My Service Consultant is Chuck Hoover. Chuck always provides me with an excellent customer service experi servicing needs since I bought it in 2009. My Service Consultant is Chuck Hoover. Chuck always provides me with an excellent customer service experience every time I bring my car in for servicing. As a matter of fact, every time I have to schedule servicing of my vehicle now, I only ask for Chuck, as I know that I will be taken care of in a timely manner. Chuck is very professional and makes me feel that he truly cares that I receive the excellent service that I should get every time I am at Crown Nissan.
