He explained additional service but did not try to up sell and when I asked for tire rotation and balence he explained the suggested intervals and pointed out that what I wanted was not due for a couple of thousand miles unless I was having issues. Car was completed as promised, came back washed, vacumed and at the price quoted. Would recommend and also return for future needs. More

With that said, I am really glad to have Christine Smith help me the last two times I was in for a question and service. She is knowledgeable, she relates to my questions easily and takes care of my concerns. I will look forward to seeing her the next time I bring my car in. When I drove a Volvo it was really the customer service that made me want to buy another Volvo. Unfortunately the sales staff fell short at Volvo so here I am driving a much different car, but getting excellent service. More
