Prior to an important trip, I had an oil change at a Lynne Crockenberg, Service Advisor was not only professional, but she was both kind and caring. Prior to an important trip, I had an oil change at a local quick lube place ... As my vehicle was being pulled out of their bay, my car conked out, and the quick lube place was unable to fix the problem. Needing to arrange a tow to the local Nissan dealership, who was closing within the hour, Lynne exhibited compassion during our encounter to get the vehicle into Crown Nissan. Given it was a Saturday, chances were they would not have been able to work on it until Monday. The tow company got me and my vehicle there 40 minutes before close, and Lynne jumped into action. She went above and beyond and arranged for my vehicle to be looked out. Not only did they look at it, they fixed what the quick lube place had done. Kudos to Lynne and to the wonderful Master Tech/Techs that stayed beyond close to get me back on the road with both documentation and pics. Lynne, you and your team are the BOMB!!!! I could never thank you enough. More

He wasn't on the phone, his computer or talking to other people when he was listening to my concerns. In other words he paid attention to me. No one else has ever gone over the service report with me before after the work was completed. He noticed I still needed things done which he arranged to have completed. I highly recommend ROBERT REYNOLDS to anyone who wants exemplary customer service! More

There was a vibration in the glove box door but I kept putting it off because of the inconvenience of time. I finally brought it in and they were very gracious and immediately ordered me a new glove box. When I brought my car into the St Petersburg dealership Robert Reynolds assisted me in getting the glove box fixed. I was in and out with only my signature for work needed. I dragged my feet for months and yet the actual fix went very smoothly. I appreciated a good experience. More

Ricky Spock was pleasant, informative, and very personable. He was far from the typical salesman meaning he didn't pressure me. He showed me the options that were available, helped me compare my options, and allowed me time to weigh them out. Ricky not only showede how to use all the features of my new Murano, he gavee his own personal cell phone number if I had questions or needed help with my new car. That is going above and beyond! Unlike Lokey Nissan , Crown Nissan made no assumptions up front about our seriousness or lack there of , to purchase a vehicle. Or were too busy to actually give us the time of day. At Crown, there were no pressure tactics (i.e. if you buy today we can.....) etc.. Our sales rep. , Jason Jiavoni took the time to demo , locate and work with us to have a solid purchasing experience. The trade- in was handled above board , no clandestine trips to the garage etc.. In summary , shop the other guys do your research and then visit Crown for your purchase. They are a class group! More
