Crown Nissan

I needed a wrench for my wheel locks. We recently realized that the car we had purchased from Crown had wheel locks but no wrench to remove them in case of a tire issue. After talking wit We recently realized that the car we had purchased from Crown had wheel locks but no wrench to remove them in case of a tire issue. After talking with the service department, I was told I could bring the car by and they would figure out which wrench might fit. Robert Zoffer and Terry Hawkins helped me and tried to find one to fit. When they couldn't, Robert called around and said they would order one for me. A couple days later, Mr. Zoffer called me and told me to come by and he would take my car to have the locks removed, then put on new wheel locks and provide me with a wrench. A couple days later when I showed up, he greeted me at my car by name, took the car, delivered the service as promised, and then even offered a complimentary wash and vaccuum. Fantastic service all around! More

Had a couple concerns but overall liked the car. Went home with about 3 cars to compare and figure out as a family what we liked the best. Decided to come back to Crown for another look asked for Oscar, he was off that day and Adam Arendt. took over. Adam took us on another test drive and really finalized the details for us.
