Quick and efficient I was greeted by Richard Stow as soon as I walked in, and he was more than happy to assist me despite my early arrival. My appointment wasn't until 3p I was greeted by Richard Stow as soon as I walked in, and he was more than happy to assist me despite my early arrival. The last time I had the radiator replaced it took around a week at another dealership! Sure wish this dealership was where I live.
