He handled all my concerns, arranged for a ride home and a return when service was completed. He went over each of my concerns when I returned to the service center. She answered my questions with enthusiasm and positivity. Upon stopping by, all of the promises she made by phone were carried out. My 2011 Infiniti G37s was washed and vacuumed after my Brake Fluid Change(quoted price was delivered). My car/info was taken in at 0700 sharp, the time of my appointment. In addition, she continued the exceptional customer service offering me coffee and snacks. When I inquired, She linked me with a sales representative regarding a possible trade in. She walked my keys and bill over to the cashiers desk upon completion of the work. In contrast a Nissan dealership in Tampa lost my business by leaving my keys unsecured at the cashiers desk and not washing the car after service. In addition, and Infiniti dealership in Clearwater lost my business by booking me for a 0800 appointment then texting me that the car would be serviced at 1000 the day before I was to arrive for my appointment. Upon calling back the customer service rep. blamed the computer booking system. This is why I am taking the time to recognize Lymari Martinez Acevedo and your dealership.
