Excellent Service! So incredibly happy with the services provided today by Dan Jacobs at Crown Nissan and the mechanic who got my car on the road today! As a social work So incredibly happy with the services provided today by Dan Jacobs at Crown Nissan and the mechanic who got my car on the road today! As a social worker, I rely on my car to do my job. At about 3:30 I found my car wouldn’t turn over due to a suspected break switch issue. I called Dan on the way with the tow guy and he was on his way out the door to great us upon arrival. He immediately got the paperwork out of the way and the car to the back for inspection I told him that I was worried that I would be without a car the next day and he immediately addressed my concern and head a backup plan in place if the issue couldn’t be resolved that day. He was professional and personable the whole time and kept me up-to-date on the issues as I waited in the lobby. Great service all around. Thanks, Dan and thanks to the unknown mechanic for working hard to get me back on the road with only a moments notice! You both are amazing. More
