Sales experience excellent but not Nissan Connect Jason Jiovani went out of his way to find me the vehicle I had specifically wanted unlike other dealers in the area who would not take the change brin Jason Jiovani went out of his way to find me the vehicle I had specifically wanted unlike other dealers in the area who would not take the change bringing a vehicle over from somewhere else and pressuring me to lease what was in the inventory or not listen at all. The issue with Nissan not allowing a P.O. Box for your mailing address on all the paperwork needs to be addressed as it is an inconvenience to the customer causing me to have to come back to sign all the paperwork again and then wait until everything is processed which could take days and call to update my P.O. Box so I get my bills. Since I had a previous lease and was simply turning that car in for a new one, it should all be able to be transferred including my automatic payment option which I have to wait several days to get worked out. The Sirius set-up is also inconvenient since I was already a customer which took having to cancel it on my old car and then setting it all up again vs just transferring from 1 car to another.The Nissan Connect free trial is a nightmare. They can't seem to recognize that I have the new vehicle and have a subscription even though everything has been added to the mobile app. The reps answering the phone are of no help and are saying I have to go back yet again to the dealership to have something done. More

Wonderful employee to have working for Crown Nissan I went in for some recall work, I dropped the car off was told it would be overnight, no problem I was given a service loaner to use so I wouldn't be I went in for some recall work, I dropped the car off was told it would be overnight, no problem I was given a service loaner to use so I wouldn't be without transportation. I was surprised to have a car to drive while the service was getting done . Lymari was very knowledgeable and friendly put me at ease made the process very easy, I will definitely be bringing my car back to Lymari at Crown Nissan for any work I need to get done. More

Edgar, from Chicago, took such good care of me that I was spoiled with excellent service. I am happy to say I have found his replacement! Dan Jacobs was excellent. He went above and beyond, making me the happiest of customers on the planet. I can't thank him enough for the great customer service.
